We worked with Joe Baglio and Christina DeLuca to sell our home on Staten Island and they were outstanding. They were in constant communication with us to ensure we knew what was happening every step of the way. They answered all of our calls and addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion. Joe and Christina’s expertise led us to sell our home in just a few short months from when it went to market. They worked effortlessly to find the right buyer for the right price. We received multiple offers and with the right guidance from the Madison Estates team, we were able to sell our home for above market value. When making a large decision like selling or buying a home, you want to ensure you work with someone you can trust, and that’s the Madison Estates team. We highly recommend working with Madison Estates and cannot say enough good things about them! -Jenna Guarneri & Joseph Amato Sellers of 261 Bryant Ave
