In 1990, Susan Heifetz began her Real Estate career bringing her business and academic knowledge from her prior successes with Wall Street executive recruiting firms and teaching. Susan is a graduate of Long Island University Brooklyn Center, where she earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Elementary Education.
She prides herself on the caring and professional service she provides her Real Estate clientele, as well as strong relationships she has built along the way. In her earlier years, Susan successfully rented and sold apartments in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island for the Trump Organization. Now, at Madison Estates she has become the consummate professional - thorough, passionate, diligent and knowledgeable. To ease the Real Estate process for others, she uses her strong research skills, organizational, and negotiation abilities to service buyers and sellers alike. Her ability to listen, as well as her thoughtful approach and knowledgeable guidance, make her customers feel at ease.
Susan is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and Brooklyn Board of Realtors. In addition, she is published in Who’s Who of American Women (1990 edition) and is certified as a NYS Police Instructor and NYC Bureau of Municipal Police Evaluator.
